This session is for you, who have requested a time plan and will be sending your thesis to us within a time frame of 4–5 weeks. We recommend all doctoral students to participate, to prevent missing any important information and to make the process as smooth as possible.

During the session we will tell you what to think about before sending your thesis to us, and how you will take part in preparing the thesis for printing and delivery. The session is divided into a presentation in English with answers to common questions, an introduction to options for printing and layout of the cover, and a guide on how to register your thesis in DiVA.

Place: Computer room "Sökverkstad", 2nd floor, Karin Boye library (Map), Engelska parken (Map), Note, new room and location.

Directions: Engelska parken, enter through the main entrance, proceed to the Karin Boye Library, go inside and take the stairs on the right up to the 2nd floor, look for the red signs.

Mötet är för dig som begärt en tidsplan och inom 4–5 veckor ska skicka in din avhandling till oss. Vi rekommenderar alla doktorander att gå för att inte missa viktig information samt att processen ska bli så smidig som möjligt för alla inblandade.

Under mötet informerar vi om vad du ska tänka på innan du skickar in din avhandling till oss och om din roll i arbetet inför tryck och leverans. Mötet består av en presentation på engelska med svar på vanliga frågor, genomgång av valmöjligheter i samband med tryckbeställningen och omslagets utformning, och hur du registrerar din avhandling i DiVA.

Vägbeskrivning: Engelska parken, gå in genom huvudentrén, fortsätt till Karin Boye biblioteket, gå in och ta trappa snett till höger upp till plan 2, titta efter röda skyltar.
