Lego Serious Play
Lego Serious Play är en faciliterande metod skapad av Lego Group. Sedan 2010 är metoden tillgänglig som en Open Source modell. Målet med metoden är att uppmuntra kreativt tänkande genom samarbete, metaforer och organisationers identiteter och erfarenheter genom Legobitar. Deltagarna arbetar med påhittade scenarier visuellt med lego, därav namnet "serious play".
Lego Serious Play is a facilitation methodology created by the LEGO Group and since 2010 is available under an Open Source community based model. Its goal is fostering creative thinking through team building metaphors of their organizational identities and experiences using LEGO bricks. Participants work through imaginary scenarios using visual three-dimensional Lego constructions, hence the name "serious play".
