Meet the publisher: An introduction to Medicine at eLife Online

Join us for a conversation about eLife’s efforts to change the culture of publishing medical research and reviewing clinical preprints. eLife not only encourages open publishing but also advocates for open data and open methods and the overall optimisation of the structure of medical publishing in an effort to improve patient care.

The session will be chaired eLife Deputy Editors for Medicine, Diane Harper, MD, MPH, MS of the University of Michigan and Mone Zaidi, MD, PhD of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and will be hosted by eLife Reviewing Editor, Dan Larhammar, PhD of Uppsala University. The panel will begin with a short presentation followed by the opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
